Landgrab Games wanted to be an early adopter to the webOS platform and create a fun and
engaging game for the Palm Prē. The game had to be very simple to learn and play,
but challenging enough to keep users interested. In addition, Landgrab Games needed to
create two versions, a free 'Lite' version and a more advanced paid version.
Landgrab Games turned to Agile Commerce. Soon a working prototype was produced and a few
iterations later, Zilch Lite was finalized and offered on the Palm Prē as part of the
beta App Catalog program. Zilch Lite has gone on to become one of the most downloaded games
in the App Catalog with over 100,000 downloads.
The big brother to Zilch Lite, Zilch, has recently been released and is demonstrating strong
initial sales and has received very positive feedback. Zilch introduces many new features,
including much stronger artificial intelligence, mroe gameplay options, and a top scores
screen.
Landgrab Games was able to establish themselves as an early adopter of webOS and, consequently,
has experienced numerous inquiries regarding their services.
